Read-only, by design
It starts by reading, proves itself to your engineers, and only then talks to customers.
- Step 1
Connect
Run one small collector at your site and give it read-only accounts.
- Step 2
Prove
Alerts go only to your pilot group, and your engineers judge each one.
- Step 3
Switch on
When it has earned your trust, turn on the features you want, one at a time.
What keeps you safe
Read-only
Read-only accounts, and the software refuses any write.
Outbound only
The collector connects out, so you open no ports.
Your data stays yours
Kept apart from every other ISP, and never shared without written permission.
Fair questions
Do I have to replace my billing system?
No. Autoprator reads what you already run, such as FreeRADIUS or Splynx. If you want new billing, e-isp is ours.
Can it change my routers or OLTs?
No. It uses read-only accounts, and the software refuses any write. The AI can never touch routing, firewall or core router config.
Do you need a way into my network?
No. A small collector at your site makes outbound connections only, so you open no ports.
Will it work with my equipment?
Very likely. MikroTik, Huawei, ZTE, V-SOL, Cisco, Ubiquiti and over 100 other entries are in the catalogue, and anything on standard SNMP can still be read.
What if the AI is wrong or down?
A rule-based summary goes out instead, and a second check reads every customer reply before it is sent.
What is not ready yet?
Our first live pilot has finished, but we quote no results until they're measured and the customer agrees. WhatsApp sending waits on Meta's approval, Splynx still needs checking on a live account, and e-isp does not yet take online card payments.
